SALON POLICIES

Meraki makes every effort to ensure that clients of our salon receive the best service possible. In order to do so we have the following policies in place to maintain a consistent experience. 
Cancellation Policy 

Your appointment is a reservation of time especially for you. You will receive a text or email reminder 48 hour prior to your appointment. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to make changes to your booking. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee of 20% of the booking added to your next appointment.  You may be required to leave a deposit for a large booking or if you have had prior late cancellations.

Lateness

Please call ahead if you are running 15 minutes or less behind for your appointment. If you arrive beyond 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and reschedule.  

We respect your time and do our very best to stay on time with our schedule. If we notice that we are running behind, every effort will be given to contact you to advise that we may be delayed.  

Dissatisfaction/ Redo

It is our goal to have you feeling your best and confident with your new hair. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact Meraki Salon via email or phone as soon as possible.  Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your appointment.  

This courtesy is not to be confused with changing your mind and is strictly for concern on quality of work or error made.  

Refund

We do not offer refunds of any kind for services received.  Please see Dissatisfaction/ Redo if you are unhappy with your results.  

Children

Meraki Salon is not a safe place for young children without being adequately supervised. There are many potential hazards and expensive pieces of equipment in the salon.   We ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.  We are happy to accommodate babies and do our best to be flexible at arranging time for mothers to feed in as much privacy as available.    

For children receiving services we ask that you please do your best to consider your surroundings and to respect other clients enjoying their experience.
